We usually ship your package next day after your order is received. So, in the case of "UPS 2nd Day Air", it actually takes 3 days, and 'UPS 3 Day Select" takes 4 days. UPS doesn't count weekend(Saturday and Sunday).
If you choose "UPS or USPS Priority Mail", it takes 2~7 days.
2. Shipping Cost and FREE Shipping
It depends on purchase amount.
When your order amount is below $9.99, the shipping charge is $5.40. If the amount is between $10.00 and $18.99, it's $8.40. When the amount is between $19.90 and $39.99, it's $9.40. If your order amount is between $40.00 and $99.99, it's $9.90. When the order amount is $100.00 up, it's FREE SHIPPING.
Conditions of FREE SHIPPING with more than $100 purchase
The offer doesn't apply to UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select, or international shipping including Canada. We may add extra shipping charge to military address. We ship by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for your order with more than $100.00(US domestic only).
3. Inquiry about Wholesale
We do wholesale, too. If you are interested in wholesale, please email us your business information(store name, owner's name, address, telephone number, email address) and fax the copy of business license or seller's permit at (310)541-8706. After reviewing them, we will let you access our wholesale information.
All of the items on this site are not for wholesale. Please note that kids backpacks(Hello Kitty, Princess, Spiderman, Tinker Bell, etc.) are unavailable for wholesale.
4. Payment Method and Security
We accept credit card(Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal. You can send money order or cashiers check, too.
We don't accept credit card for international orders other than Canada. Only PayPal or Western Union payment is available.

6. International Orders
We automatically accept orders online for US domestic and Canada. If you want to ship to foreign countries other than Canada, please email us with the item numbers. We will let you know the total amount including shipping cost as soon as possible. The payment for international orders other than Canada is PayPal or Western Union remittance.
We are not responsible for any problem with delivery or customs in your country.
7. The Return Policy of LuxeBag.com
Please read our return policy and thoroughly check the item right after opening the package.
If you find any defects on the product, or want to exchange it with other item, or get refund, please email us at Sales@LuxeBag.com for a return authorization within 15 days after you receive the package. We accept your return request not by phone, but by email. The product must be returned to LuxeBag within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the return authorization.
All products must be new and packed in the original conditions, and all product tags and the original vinyl bag must be included. If you send us the used one, or without tags or original vinyl bag, the returned item will be send back to you and the shipping cost will be charged to you.
For all products, if the item is returned in original conditions, according to our return procedure, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. In the case of exchange, you have to pay the new shipping cost. If you want to get refund, we will not refund for the shipping cost.
More than five of purchased items are not allowed to get a refund.
